This is not italian language. Are you sure that it is a CB QSO? Usually, pirate stations use LSB mode instead of USB. Maybe a military QRG...

they are talking In portuguese and the dialect is from portugal .. and the reason you are heraing them its cause of the solar ,, its called SKIP

Hello! Although italians are known for pirate use of 45m band, this is not italian, but portuguese, and it seems to be, not from portuguese pitare cb type comms, but fishermen "lingo", using bad frequency choice (this guys are plain stupid, don´t care who they are going to interfere!!! ) Very bad choice on military and aviation freq´s.

Hello to all, ok, i can see the 45 meters it good for long distance, but it isn't a frequency CB, this is one of the pirate band, because the 45 meters in north europe it's used for air intecontinental traffic.
