Oh hey 2 hours of training for sociopaths interested in being bullies. What a great idea. The possibilities for abuse the the resulting litigation in the courts are endless. I didn't see much concern for oversight or the ability for the community to review their activities- you DO know that vigilantism is WRONG and even illegal?

This is now better known as "Organized Gang Stalking" the people that are recruited into these programs are used to hunt and stalk innocent citizens. They think they are helping their communities but in reality are being used to target and harass innocent people in your area. This is often associated with revenge from people higher up in the Law enforcement chain. Let cops do their job and stay away from this. People can watch the communities they live in and leave it at that.
