Hello, thank you for listening to my music, my aim with this piece is to offer a way of maybe slowing down not only your breathing but also your heart rate, to guide you into a more healthy state for body and mind.

This music starts at 70bpm (beats per minute) and then gently and un-noticably slows down to just 55bpm, If you follow the musics up and down pattern with your breathing you may find it slows down and your heart rate follows.

In this version I have also embedded brainwave frequencies to further the effects, Starting with Alpha waves, approx 10hz (cycles per second) and slowing down to Delta waves (approx 3.5hz) Google Brainwave Entrainment for more information on this amazing technology

This is my goal, I hope I have succeeded, Life can be so fast, its nice to pause every now and again, Whether or not this works in this way for you, I hope you enjoy the music I have wrote.
