Last week's job numbers were better than predicted, but employment still remains at 9.1 percent. And with uncertainties about future tax and health care costs could be inhibiting permanent job growth, shifting more of the labor force to temporary and part-time employment. With new regulations taking effect under the Affordable Care Act, firms may be even more reluctant to hire permanent and full-time workers. Is temporary and part-time work becoming the new permanent?
