Anyone watching this, PLEASE get more information! While this is a wonderful start, they leave out the long-term effects of HCV, which may include liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, failure and death. There can by symptoms, such as fatigue, loss of appetite, and mild fever. This is NOT only a virus that drug users have: if you've had exposure to blood, a transplant/transfusion before 1992, a tattoo (not just prison) or were born to an HCV positive woman, you may have it. There is help, get tested!
