Clearly I'm a very bad person, especially since you say so. You checked for rocks at the bottom, big deal. So jumping 100 feet off a cliff face into the ocean is clearly safe. What if you hit the cliffside on the way down, or landed wrong? Water can be like concrete from that height. And sure, I take risks, risks that I know I can walk away alive from. You're lucky you didn't get your foolish self killed, or even injured. And for the record, I rather be a sad old man than a young dead one.
