The rings are made from real aluminium and designed to fit without using any glue. Back of each ring is made to be a bit thiner and softer. That makes it easier to bend a little bit. To do that job you can use any rounded tool like a screwdriver or even a plastic pen. Please just follow the video to see how to fit the rings on the speedo cluster.

Hey, No, you don't have to take the steering wheel off. You can manage to remove the instrument cluster without it. You should unplug the batery before removing the cluster indeed. Cheers
