2+2 Candles logo

I don't want to draw attention to the footage in the centre of the picture (from some kind of American horror film) but to the small burning candle animation in the corner. I have seen similar symbols on other Ukrainian channels and it only usually appears late at night.

I thought that the candle symbolises Holodomor in some form but if a Ukrainian person is able to tell me what it signifies exactly, that'd be very good.
