@soverignty312 beyonce has been around for over 14 years, that is a HUGE feat in its own. in comparison, rihanna's been around, what, 6 years? you can't rate an artists' success solely through their #1s. you have to remember the music. rihanna has some good songs, but at least half are "club" songs with a catchy beat. beyonce's songs are about love, passion, things that people everywhere can relate to. she inspires others through her music. thats what made celine, whitney&mj GREAT

For someone who has seen Rihanna and Beyonce both live.....Rihanna is dead behind the eyes, she doesn't even come close to the performer Beyonce is or the talent she has. I do like Rihanna's music thought but live it doesn't do it for me!
