Take your leather bracelet back to the Authorized Pandora Shop that you brought it from & they will repair it for free or replace it with a new one. Also the leather bracelets are only meant to have a few charms on them. You should have your Pandora stockist check all your pandora jewellery every 6-12 months for wear & have it cleaned by them once a year. This is what my Pandora Jeweller tells me, it is part of your warranty.

@madstunner Most items have a warranty, although the leather items are not covered and has to be returned within a certain amount of days if thereis a problem. So, i'm outta luck with that.

Please could you tell me where you got your bead tray there and is it a genuine Pandora jewellery box? I'm looking for one which each square holds more than one charm like yours but all the Pandora ones i've seen online only hold 1 bead and are very small. I like that you have all your spacers etc. together and can fit 2 beads in the squares if need be

It is a authentic pandora box. I got it through a promotion held by my retailer if i spent $150. My suggestion is look online, even US and Canada if they can ship international. Good luck!

Hi =) silly request but I was wondering if you can make a video on how to open and close the clasp of the pandora leather bracelet ? I just got mine and I cant figure out how to unhook it, i've been rolling it off my wrist 'cause I can open the clasp up. Thanks

I love yur videos, I am having the same issues with my silver pandora bracelets, The threading of the charms get ruined and the silver bracelet comes apart close to where you add the beads on. I took my bracelet into the store and they are replacing my whole bracelet and the beads that were on there...I am still waiting on that one to come back, but I am noticing the same thing happening to my other new bracelet. Is it because I wear it all the time that the pulling it happening? So upset.
