Ms. Muscle April Atkins, seventh grader in Los Angeles, probably was the strongest girl in the world. In the end scene she's carrying the weight of four adults, equivalent of 710 pounds, on her back!

I wonder if she had joint pain later in life. Just because your body *can* do some things doesn't mean you should push it to its limit.

This works the same way that trick where 4 kids pick up an adult with one finger each. For example, straight legs can support a hell of a lot more than you can actually lift.
