Japanese house - Miyazaki Prefeceture

A house i happened to wake up in after a fairly big night.
stopped at night to ask for directions from a bunch of guys drinking and having a BBQ on the side of the road in a tiny little town during Obon last year.
next think i knew had a pint in one hand and dinner in the other.
amazing hospitality
ended up sleeping upstairs in one of the guys houses, in an area of the house the seemed to be usually used for local functions or something
spent the next morning/day at Takachiho
{a big gorge with canoeing , waterfalls etc}Miyazaki-ken
