**PREPARING FOR MEDITATIONS:
Sit erect either on Chair, in Lotus Pose (Padmasana),
Thunderbolt Pose (Vajraasna) or in Shav Asan
(Lying in bed or floor like a dead body).
Keep all thoughts away.
(you can also play an audio of your choice in loop mode before
if you can't stop incoming thoughts)

Keep your eyes completly closed don't try to sleep when you
do meditation this the time to explore your inner-self.

1. Say short 'OOO' and long 'mmmmmmmmmmmm'
the 'OM' mantra till you breathe out completely.
(or "HHHmmmmmmmmmm" like a Bee it has the nice effect)
the whole body vibrates and u can feel the diff.

2. Then stop and (breathe normally) you will notice that you
don't need much of breathing in and out and your body is
becoming still and still as the time passes, maintain this

NOTES:
Respiration (breathing in and out) should be so slow and subtle
that you yourself also may not be aware of its sound, even if a
piece of cotton is placed in front of the nostril it should not move
by the effect of the air exhaled out.
This way the Sadhaka can attain the joyful stage of Samadhi
(Superconsciousness )by going through the various visualizations
of god and supreme powers.
In samadhi (Super consciousness )our personal identities completely disappear.
At the moment of samadhi none of that exists anymore. We become one with the Divine Entity.

Concentrare between ur eyebrows.
With the eye of the mind, go on visualizing every relaxed organ of the body one by one, from the toe to the top
(crown of the head). Reverse the gaze of the mind's eye from the crown to the toe, make a full inspection of the body step by step. Involve the mind whole-heartedly in this process.

Gently relax your feet, keeping them completely still. Then relax your knees, chest and the arms. Keep both your hands still to achieve a relaxed position.

Imagine that the entire body is relaxed. This way each and every organ of the body will get relaxed.

BENEFITS::: Muscles are completely relaxed by Shavasan. Energy from the non-fatigued organs is redistributed to the fatigued ones. All the organs of the body, both external and internal are relieved of stresses and strains.

  • With practice sleep will become less of a problem of its own accord...

  • There is no need for strain - as one physical "push-up per day for 10 days can effrtlessly lead to the ability to perform a tenfold repitition - so a few minutes of willful immersion in "immediate consciousness" before drifting off to sleep each night can effortlessly lead to blissfully hightened awareness. Resist drifting into memory or imagination. Just be. Be aware of being. Resist also any attachment to blissful altered states of consciousness. Do not resist sleep.

  • it just makes you fall asleep!

  • wait..........you can come out of your body?

  • Excellent video
