User Edarem jailed! My letter to the judge.

The user Edarem has been thrown in jail for using Youtube. This is my letter the judge in hopes that it may sway his decision.

BTW - it doesn't matter if you liked his videos or not. This is about Freedom of Speech. Our politics swung way to the right, and this is the backlash of allowing bigots to run our government. If you think this doesn't affect you, you are wrong.

@godshiva You have the right to your opinion and I have the right to mine. I'm not sure if a victim feels better if their abuser is suffering because of the crime they CHOSE to commit, but hey, it's a start. I think that a lot of people that were victimized would feel as if some kind of justice was done. It sickens me to see someone that has committed a crime, to all of a sudden become the victim. He made his bed and he should have to lie in it. We can agree to disagree. :)

You are not going to convince me that two people suffering is better than one person or that an evil person suffering makes their victim better. I have no intention of telling you my personal experiences - but to say forgiveness, or continuing life is impossible in the case of a sex crime, well I can think of at least one counter example.

@godshiva Did you ever consider that his victim(s) are dealing with an indefinite punishment because of what this monster did to them? Some victims of crimes such as this and worse, can't just wake up one day and tell themselves to forget about it because it happened 10 years ago. I find many people are hypocrites. I see people defending him but when asked if it happened to their loved one, they would be singing a different tune. No emotional manipulation..just hypocrisy, man.

@1980allmine I'm not opposed to punishments, I'm opposed to indefinite punishments. I do believe in forgiveness you can blame my Christian upbringing for that. Why would you ask the most unreasonable group (Parents) for their opinion on fair treatment, unless you know it's an emotional manipulation.

I used to say, if someone killed my brother, I might like to see them dipped in acid daily, so if that happens, I'm the last person you should ask. Same concept man.

He's an admitted child molester and a sex offender. This man and others that are like him, should have to spend the rest of their life in jail.
