@1nReaL not all physics just some simple physical mechanics ;) for example quantum mechanics have nothing with this killing art, but it is part of the physics.

Is this video (and the other "Russian style" videos) in english, or if not, does it have any translation or subtitles?
If seen one of these videos in russian, it was great, but I missed to much by not being able to understand what they were saying.

We have 4 DVDs (Russian Style) at our web site in English & 5 DVDs (Systema SpesNaz) in English.
This one is English Format (USA / Canada) - but there are no words - just Highlight
techniques.
