This man is arrested while documenting potential abuse of peaceful peace protesters. There was no cause for the arrest other than alleged failure to show ID without suspicion of any other wrongdoing, while videotaping on the State side of Vandenberg Air Force Base. Especially notice the end of the video where the security officer Chew confiscated the video camera. Once before, Chew threatened to falsely arrest the man, which likely explains why the man was handcuffed behind his back when others weren't. A video of that prior threat will be posted later.

  • Awww, it's so cute that there are idiots out there naive enough to think that Americans have the right to videotape anywhere at any time they choose lmao

  • @afsf74 To claim that I'm saying the truth because I'm angry at the people who swear oaths to the constitution is a misinformation tactic. I'm not angry at those who swear oaths to defend the constitution. I'm angry at those who swear oaths to defend the constitution and then violate it as the traitors in this video have done. Americans can videotape anywhere at any time they choose. You can bow down and lick the boots of your government gods if that makes you happy. I choose freedom.

  • @afsf74 The gates are symbolic? Wrong. The gates are real. They may be symbolic to someone smoking pot. Anywhere the public has access the constitution comes with them. My mind is made up, because I'm right. You weren't shedding light on the process. You were attempting to excuse tyranny with misinformation. The uniformed traitors in this video accosted a man for video taping. There was not the slightest security threat from the man. The threat is the US terrorist government.

  • anyway...does not matter what I say because you have your mind made up and there is no changing it. I was just trying to help out some way by shedding some light on the process and jurisdiction issues so you can exercise your rights and protest, even though it's ironic because you are mad at the people have sworn an oath to defend the constitution and those rights even if it means death, so we can all have them...oh well...good luck to you and take care...

  • @schlubber215 yes, we can all exercise our rights on public property, but again, just because you have access thru the base on the haighway, still means you are on the base. Technically you are not protesting outside the gates because the gate is more symbolic, not the line of demarcation to the property. That is why I suggested protesting on Highway 1 just outside the base property. I am not saying do not protest, just do it somewhere where you can without being "harrased" as you call it

  • @afsf74 Americans can exercise their rights anywhere the public has access. The Constitution doesn't cease to exist on base property. Those who claim that Americans lose their inalienable rights on government property are traitors to the Constitution. The claim that it's a security concern for Americans to protest outside the gates of a military base is a nonsensical argument from a criminal government. The US criminal government is the greatest threat our nation has ever faced.

  • @schlubber215 So the best place to protest and exercise your freedom of speech without having to get a permit or to be asked for ID, would be on Highway 1, before you cross onto base property, which is just north of the Vandenberg Village off ramp, before you come to the sign. If they come there and ask you for ID, then they are in the wrong since it is off base property then. If you look on google maps, you can see the demarcation/base boundary line..just FYI so you can exercise your rights

  • @schlubber215 I am sorry that if you don't understand what I was explaining. I was stationed at VAFB and the whole highway, both Highway 1 and 246, dissect the base property and it is federal land, that is why they have concurrent jurisdiction. Once you pass that big sign on highway 1 that says welcome to VAFB, you are on base/federal property and are subject to all the rules/regulations and laws on the base. That is why both CHP and VAFB SF can stop and cite vehicles for speeding, etc...

  • @afsf74 If you're in the military, there are procedures YOU have to follow. If any MP asked a citizen for ID in my presence, he would find himself under citizen's arrest and I would call the real cops to come and take him into custody. The base is inside the wall. Outside the wall, which is accessible to the public, is free land where the constitution applies. It doesn't matter who owns it. The SP terrorists in this video are traitors for violating their oaths to the constitution.

  • There is no "state side" of Vandenberg AFB...all that property is base/federal property, to include the highway...they have concurrent jusrisdiction and in order to protest on any federal property, you have to obtain a permit first. Plus anytime you are on federal/base property and you are asked for identification, you have to show/produce it or risk being detained, arrested and fined. I'm all for freedom of speech, but there are procedures you have to follow...
