As I have already said, Pivot takes a lot of patience and dedication, my first videos weren't the best videos either...

sound, or you can use audio swap as I have done in my earlier videos.

All you have to do is save it as a GIF(in the save as type box) and import it to movie maker, once there, you can proceed to saving the movie and uploading it to youtube, it's that simple!
Also, right next to the "Play" and "stop" buttons, there is a bar that looks similar to the bar used to scroll windows in internet explorer, use that to adjust the speed of the pivot, generally, the faster the better although you don't want to make it too fast;)

You need alot of patience and a decent editing software to make a music video but regular videos without alot of cuts are easy however.
Look up "pivot tutorial" to learn how to do things
