The opening home of a brand new series, brought to you by me, simXboy!
This is a modern white house, with cool, funky black brick accents, which bring the whole exterior of the house together with HUGE contrast and beauty.
The large windows let in lots of light, making the interior a clean, bright space.
The house also boasts a guest apartment, if any guests stay. It's a fully equipped apartment fit for 2, with a kitchen and dining area downstairs, and a bed-lounge upstairs.
The main house has a large hall, and a back hall, which connects the main hall with the kitchen. There's a pretty nice kitchen with a lovely grey tiled floor, and an adjacent dining room woth a large window. On the other side of the main hall there's a room with a piano piano and a desk, which is next to the bright, clean living room. Right at the back of the hall there's a bathroom.
Upstairs there's a large landing with very big windows, and a balcony overlooking the garden. The bedroom right at the end of the landing is decorated so it's fit for a girl. The master bedroom comes with fitted wardrobes, and has warm colours on the walls, and even its own balcony! Now that's luxury!
