Very well done! I grew up working on this particular farm in the 80's and early 90's. My dad still works there. He had seen the place grow from 15 acres to the 800+ they grow now.
yes i agree, but i found some lovely malty, hoppy beers in england, but they have been doing those beers forever, its all new to america thats why they experiment a lot with there pale ales, they are very good.
I will agree america has some amazing beer (if you get away from the big 3 (well really the big 2 nowdays) and the smaller beer companies are doing large batches to sit on shelves for years. so they have no need to go through the same pasteurizing process
@RGH1502 The German (and all the imported) beer you get here in the USA has been ultra-pasteurized. That heating kills all the biological activity and most of the flavour.
YES Americans do make some good hoppy beer ( sorry budmillercoors), I'm an ale man myself. the japanese do know how to make a good dry lager though, but for a good full flavored beer GO AMERICAN!
Well German beer isnt all that its cracked up to be. Dont get me wrong, I love it. But I dont think that its better than American beer. Hallertau has a low IBU, it is for the woman. As always another German thinks that they know everything about beer. I do know that Germany has a deep well established history with beer, but dont get anything confused. AMERICANS MAKE THE BEST BEERS IN THE WORLD!
hä^^ wos soll na des is des in amerika oder wos?? des is ja voll de scheiß massenproduktion..pff..kommt doch mal zur hallertau da segts no wos arbeit mit liebe is!
