This is one of a set of folk dances taught at UWL class for physical education students to give them an introduction into teaching folk dancing to K-12. This is a great dance for any age, simple, everyone can do it within minutes, gives people a successful experience to start. Nigun Atik means ancient melody. A nigun is a melody without words, traditionally sung to celebrate Shabbat.
