EDO Smashed - Gaza Solidarity

Anti-militarist activists entered the ITT/EDO MBM arms factory in Moulescombe, Brighton in the early hours of this morning, where they caused extensive damage to the offices, and to equipment used to make arms, including the 'zero retention force arming units' used in Israel's wholesale slaughter of civilians in Gaza.

In Britain it is acceptable and legal to break the law if it is stop a greater crime from happening. It will be interesting if this defense will be used in their trial.

All defendants were acquited. The charges did not stick, they were all let off without a criminal conviction based on the legal principle established at the Nuremberg Trials.

The government have anounced that they are withholding cabinet minutes about the discusssions leadingt to the IRaq war. Their excuse is that if they did it would destroy British Demcracy and the government would not be able to govern. Ie they are corrupt and incompetant and they went to war because Tony said so.
