He does, but the foster home is mostly hacking him and riding him cross country to put a bottom on him.

No, not spooky. Uptight, he never did anything wrong. It's been a while since he was ridden so this would be expected.

We've only had him for a week. We've only been on him a couple times so far and of course haven't tried him over fences yet.
