Thank you for the clarification you gave to truestar...because I was about to say..

Not every battle is a signal for retreat, however IF the Lord is on your side he will sustain you even in the battle as he did for Isreal and as he did for you the military. Sometimes there is a LABOR before the BIRTH and one has to both PUSH and sweat.

@Leepak1 sorry for sounding so pitiful. but honestly dont think i am meant to have them. this is not a bad thing. i know i am meant to be sociable and be around people. i feel that i need to fix myself and become more independent before tying to create a relationship. why should i expect someone to treat me good if i dont treat myself properly. also i do feel more comfortable on my own at the moment. but thank you very much for your concern and wisdom. stay blessed.

@aylix89 Hmmmm... It hurts to read that: "i find it really hard to make friends. im realizing that i am not meant to have them." One of the natural desires of the human heart is friendship. Friends are important to us - they make us laugh, cheer us up, and stick with us through the tough times. Proverbs 17:17 says "A friend is always loyal, and a brother is born to help in time of need." You shouldn't believe that you were not put here to be alone. That is NOT part of God's blueprint!

i feel the same way when it comes to sustaining friendships and relationships. i find it really hard to make friends. im realizing that i am not meant to have them.if it was meant to be i would get so much misery,discomfort, embarrassment,shyness,awkwardn­ess,regret, irritation and disappointment when trying make these relationships. i think why i wanted friends so bad is because i dont like myself so i wanted someone to fix me. ideally my loneliness will result in me becoming more independent.

i'm reading this message in Nov 2011, but it is so true. My prayer is for my daughters, spirits are bound with different illness. We know children come from God. My prayers for one daughter is to be set free from Homosexuality and depression for the other. I know God is going to give the victory it's just a matter of when. thanks for sharing this message
