Illinois Secy State Jesse White On "Clean Elections"

We had the good fortune of personally meeting with Jesse White (Illinois Secretary of State) while we were in the process of serving the We The People Congress' National "Clean Elections" Lawsuit on Friday September 21, 2007. Jesse was very gracious and agreed to go on camera to make this brief comment about the importance of verifying each individual vote, even if it means taking a week or more to manually count the votes.

@GeorgeWashiification I only have 2 dui's too. I don't have to lie. I don't drink anymore & I only drank 2 times in the last decade & they still won't give me back my license. I've complied with everything they asked me to do and jumped through every hoop. I even did an extra 10 hours of schooling & they still think i'm a risk. I know it's all about money, but after 10 hearings i spent more than the equivilent even if i had an atty the first 2 or 3 times. I'm just getting the book thrown at me.

@15scottie Damn, yeah you definitly have got a major screwing, id bout say to get you a lawyer if its been that many times, and it probably depends on how bad your past driving record is, i only have 2 dui's on my record and i also lied to em and said ive been totally clean from alcohol etc since 2008, lmao which im guessn that helped alot!!! Im sure you already know but LIE your ass of when it comes to any kind of using, dont ever tell them you have been drinking or goin to bars or tokin! lol

@GeorgeWashiification Dude you got a RDP after your 2nd time? You're lucky. Check this out. I'm still trying to get my license back and i just went to my tenth hearing and i'm waiting to hear. Dude they are pure evil down there. I haven't had a license since 1993 and my record has been clean ever since and they still won't give me my license back.. They better soon because i'm about to lose it!

I just went after not having a license for 3 years and got denied my first time OVER NOTHING WHAT SO EVER, they basically just wantd another 50 fuckn bucks outta my pocket and then i just heard from my 2nd hearing and all they fuckin gave me was a restricted driving permit!!!!
