For 2 weeks in October, Cintas hired 4 associates from an organization dedicated to helping victims of traumatic brain injury transition to work. inReturn offers people a second chance. "Most of our people have special needs as a result of traumatic brain injury, stroke, or autism", says Jill Gorley, Director of inReturn. The 4 inReturn associates helped pack excess volumes of First Aid &Safety supplies in our Mason, OH distribution center. First Aid distribution manager, Craig Anderson says, "it's a great opportunity for us. We strive for inclusiveness. We have new employees in here that not only help our employees learn about people outside the Cintas walls, but they get the opportunity to earn a living and meet new people".

The associates get real life job experience that help them achieve their dreams of self sufficiency. One associate said, "I was ecstatic. It gave me something to do besides sit in the house all day and do nothing." "They're so focused. When you tell them what to do, they focus, and they do their job. And they do a real good job", said one First Aid distribution partner. At the end of the day, it's our Cintas culture - we're professional. We try to treat people with respect."
