@Badassmoafo - oh dear ! Ian Collins is from a working class background and in can't be described as a "toff". Even if he were from an upper middle class background why would it matter anyway? I have a few friends who might be described as toffs and they are Socialists (do-gooding, Champagne, Gucci Socialists who do more harm than good by patronising the working class).

im 46 + whenever i hear ian talk about his childhood + how he percieved things back then..i sit here + NOD MY HEAD-as i identify with what he's saying....his perception of his childhood + tv-programmes,etc,etc...is REMARKABLY-SIMILAR to MY OWN...INCREDIBLY SIMILAR. ian really is a TOP/GREAT GUY + a BRILLIANT PRESENTER-"ALWAYS FAIR"-NEVER DENEGRATING. TOP MAN.

iv ALWAYS listened to ian's show-from way back when ian first started on talk-radio! i NEVER EVER miss his show today...iv only ever phoned in TWICE...just prefer to listen. his style is very unique/laid-back but delves very deep into a subject...while'st never being sarcastic or putting people down-i like that about ian! he's always been one of my favourite presenters. great show/great presenter.
