Heel turn :P yer the man as always! Snidely Whiplash, OMG you are a reference machine. I like Storman, but yes, his art has taken a bad turn and certainly some panels look rushed. Ariel Olivetti on Cable.

RE astonishing tales.... I don't know why people can't do short stories anymore, Stan Lee and Ditko or Kirby could do an 8 page story easily. EC comics could too.

I think its a symptom of lazy storytelling...also called Decompression that writers can't tell a concise story in a few pages. Theres way too much soap opera s==t in modern comics.

The cover and the Iron Man one-shot were the only things going for Astonishing Tales. I was interested in Hickman's part, but it was too short and the story was stupid. Not worth half the price. X-Men Noir is ok. Diggin Spidey Noir more and really looking foreward to Daredevil Noir in a couple of months. Is New Avengers going to $4? Can't believe Stroman keeps getting work. He has some naughty pictures of Joe Q or something. Great fourth of a show!

Ever since New Ways to Die, Spider man has been going up and up. New Ways to Die was a great spider man romp but with no pay off. Character Assination has what New Ways to die didn't. Fantastic.

i guess can't or won't amounts to much the same thing.

Its still really disappointing as due to the mix of talent I was looking forward to AT, but Hickman for only 4 pages is a rip off.

I think I'll add Invincible Iron Man to my pull list instead due to the many good reviews it gets.

ASM was pretty good, the one before was OK but this one was much better. John art was AMAZING! he should by the first guy to drown ASM. The writing at the beginning wasn't great but after few pages it got better. Since NWTD, lilly was one of the first people I thought to be Mence and I was right!

I stop reading ASM to times before (after BIB and after NWTD) and now i'm back on.
