Thank you Mike. You've done great. If you ever fell inclined to do one on diet and neutrition, I'd love to see it. I know there are some foods that help. Apple (querciten), garlic, onions are the foods I've already personally added to my inventory. And Tobasco even. Many of the hot peppers includeing chilli peppers and jalapenos have the active ingrediant in Tabasco that help rid you of excess mucus from lungs and sinuses. Anyways, sorry if i rambeled and angain, thank you.

Actually, I was thinking... the spiriva would be really difficult for someone to use who had poor manual dexterity. I'm wondering if there is anything for people with these sort of problems. I have just started working with people like that.

I can see your point about those with dexterity problems. The blister packs can be opened with scissors and a little care; but manipulating the handihaler may require the assistance of a caregiver.
