Comic Twart diet time and this time the subject made me smile a HUGE amount. Very much didn't have to research the subject before picking up the pen this week :)
Judge Dredd was the character who got me into comic art (as drawn at the time by the fabulous Ian Gibson) and it's been... well, look at me now. Well, don't really, but the character evokes very fond nostalgic memories of the Gibson, Bolland, McMahon pages and many more fabulous artists and their work.
Music by Open the Skies, much missed and captures my slightly maudlin mood of the moment nicely. Coming to the end of one job and seeing a very fondly remembered workplace torn down = sombre.
Drawn on a Promethean IWB using Art Rage.
Oh yes, I would like to try this. Great!
