Scusi: Il Quarto Libro di Madigali
Sparge la morte al mio Signor nel viso
Tra squallidi pallori
Pietosissimi horrori,
Poi lo rimira e ne divien pietosa;
Geme, sospira, e più ferir non osa.
Ei, che temer la mira,
Inchina il capo, asconde il viso, e spira.

"Sparge la morte" di Carlo Gesualdo (Quatro Libro di Madrigali - 1596).
Certamente bellissimo!

Beautiful! Someone comments that their bodies "have the weight of a feather", which eloquently describes the grace with which this couple moves. I would like to add that their bodies seem to cease to be plural, becoming one unit that moves and breathes together. Observe initially the "jump" when the man slides over the woman's back around 15 seconds. His entire body seems an extension of her core, the way good arms seem an extension of the back and torso. Just GORGEOUS.

wow, thats all I got to say! <3
this is absolutely stunning. Now, I believe in opinion just as much as any other person, but I think that one must have a lot of guts to make some ignorant remark that this is silly choreography. I have half a mind to believe that this person does not understand anything, nor will EVER understand anything, about the art of ballet. This is not meant to be Swan Lake, it is contemporary ballet, for heaven's sake!
