Situations for Winnipeg and Quebec City changed tremendously if we compare with the time when this video was shown. Winnipeg's return showed to everyone that is possible. Quebec City evolved a lot and demonstrate that even after 16 years, the passion is still alive.

Me too unfortunately this will be a mirror image of isles fans in 5 years, hell as a 15 year old fan from birth i'd donate everything I had to keep them here, I've had too many great memories with them to see them go without a fight

The Lightning's old owner Oren Koules wanted to destroy the franchise by getting rid of Vinny and trading Stamkos to the leaf because they didn't want to pay the contracts.

@jbobbster Yes i think they would , the Lightning have a huge hardcore fanbase.They are also the most successful out of all the expansion teams from the 90s. People forget that they broke NHL attendence records in the mid 90s and during that decade they only had one playoff run.People think all the fans came out only when they won the Stanley Cup.
