Teams that need to go: Atlanta, Florida, and Phoenix

Teams that are proven viable hockey markets: Tampa and Carolina (Stanley Cups) and Nashville (ave. 15k attendance)= these need to stay

Cities that deserve hockey: Winnipeg, Hartford, and Quebec

Hamilton needs to be forgotten. Ontario does not need a third team. Lets just hope Bettman doesn't move the viable US teams.
