We all know that baking in the sun is dangerous but a bronzed body is still considered a healthy look even sexy.

So how do you get that healthy sun kissed glow without baking in it?

Fake tanning is now big business - a business with its fair share of horror stories. So which brands are best? And how much should you have to pay to get a good tan?

With the help of magazine editor, Natalie Bridges, and three of our staff in the newsroom Close Up went in search for the perfect tan. And as Hannah Ockelford discovered there's an art to faking it.
