  • @pearse984 drink water 20-30min before food or 1 h after. never during the food. If you drink coffee you have to consume even more water cause it takes out water from your cells and dehydrates you even more.

    Have good 300-400ml of water every morning when you wake up..but remember don't eat straight after. The water should be good quality. And drink slowly, sip by sip.

  • @pearse984 try cuting out the coffie if u can, dont drink water during a meal. between meals, and about half ur body weight in ounces of water. dnt drink it all at once. hope this helps
