  • Why are you performing in a synagogue? The timpanist is playing right in front of the Holy Scrolls, lol

  • Well, because unfortunately, the Synagogue is the only big concert hall in Novi Sad - i mean,we treat it like a concert hall...

  • Truly a beautiful performance. I am a clarinet player, and the clarinet playing was wonderful! Thank you for posting. Sounds quality is very good as well.

  • Bravo!Super svirate, samo sto se slazem da viola treba da se cuje malo bolje.Super, samo napred!!!

  • that's cool I was just kidding around because I was surprised to see where you were playing :)

  • Is it the best? I hope it is not. The recording is not that great. As mentioned above there is the disparity in volume of the orchestra to soloist (particularly the Viola) that they should have resolved. Producing the right level of volume and change of is a problem of more modest orchestras. Just getting tempo and notes all correct takes precedence.

  • I agree with you. It is a fine composition but there are problems with volume. In this perf the orchestra is too loud and should have adjusted volume when the Viola was solo. The more critical problem is that the Clarinet just puts out more volume than the Viola can. I saw my teacher long ago perform a V-Cl piece with the same problem arising.

  • LOVE this piece, glad to see someone doing it. Though it should have been done with a smaller ensemble as the viola can't be heard at all! (I'm a violist and kind of partial!). You guys did a fantastic job! Just were very overpowered! ;o(

  • Neh...Orchestra is too loud in the recording and so the soloists can't be heard properly I think..but well done none-the-less :D :D

  • the sound quality is actually pretty good
