To simplify this step:

(Just in case you didn't get it the first time she said it) ;) 

Center of Quilt = 1 fat quarter (18x22)

1st border = 1 fat quarter (18x22)

2nd border = 15 inches of 44" wide fabric

3rd border = 15 inches of 44" wide fabric

Binding (thats the outer rim) = 15 inches

Backing = 1 yard, again basic 44" wide.

Batting = SHE uses low loft
