I m getting back in shape after 2 years of health issue. This is mu 2nd workout so I'm taking easy.
Farmers walk was just short grip test because I have eome problem with my right knee. Not so bad for second time begginer
Stone lift was great. We setup platform whey higher than I had on competitions so I m satisfied with 370 58 inches (may be 56)
And TIRE FLIP was my best drive. I was ready to do not more than 6 reps. But i pushed whey over the edge. I had rama after that. Puking was nothing. I couldn't breathing because my throat was partialy closed due spasm. My wife was very scared, but, on the and of the day - I injoyed :-))
In 5th flip my knee pop badly. I finish tire flip and now, two days after, I barely walk. Hopping I ll be good for saturday and next workout.
I started getting sweaty just watching you lift those stones.
