I don't think EthnicArtsPromotions meant non-Egyptian dancers don't feel the music. He didn't specify that. Actually feeling the music and the portrayal of what u feel are two separate things. Some dancers are mechanical, just doing technique without style and charisma. To dance well u have to open ur self up to a point where the not only does the audience see it but can believe it. Randa is an example of that. But I see where ur coming from, many on you tube attack non-egyptian dancers.
