@pillsburydoughboy47 If you say you understand Shotokan kata as you had stated, it's easy to point out a technique. For example, "the first gyaku-uchi uke of Heian Nidan (English: the first reverse inside block of Heian Nidan)" or "the second manji gamae in Gankaku (English: the second swastika stance in Gankaku)."
You mean to tell me if you're on one leg and I sweep/low kick that leg you wouldn't fall or lose balance?

@pillsburydoughboy47 I am trying to agree with you on your points, but I just can't. Isn't the ultimate aim of higher martial art philosophy the pursuit of the truth? It seems that you've absorbed a lot, but your thoughts and beliefs are so disorganized so you contradict yourself. Your views on Karate are not on mark, like a beginner who can only see the surface but thinks he has seen enough. No sir, I'm not a bully. I'm trying to help you see the flaws so as to help you find the truth.

more importantly, mastery of the Zhan Zhuang stance, which I can not hold for 2 hours.
