Democracy also depends on a religion that dominates... Pakistan's problem is also the religion... Islam does not co-exist with any form of freedom... all Muslim nations that became democratic had to be forced by their leaders... Such as Turkey... India is a Democracy because Hinduism is a religion that concentrates on Freedom of Choice... Muslims even in India don't like to integrate...
