I always enjoyed Laurens van der Posts writings. His books ignited a spiritual spark in me which has never been extinguished. He was a times inclined to be overly lyrical perhaps even flowery in his enunciation but there is little doubt that he was a great thinker. He was perhaps regarded as something of an odd ball in in matters relating to the planet an the way we all of us treat it but there's little doubt that he was on the right track.

In his book about Carl Gustav Jung, "Jung and the Story of Our Time" - this 'legend of a man' describes his own hero and inspiration, Jung, as "one of the greatest universal personalities since the Renaissance" These film recordings are like gold nuggets, like the wonderful ones of Jung that can be found on YouTube. The person below who describes him as a 'fraud' clearly hasn't read the writings of the great thinkers and spiritual intellects like these, and my guess is wouldn't understand
