    I remember seeing this live in the mid '70s. It is still probably the best show I ever saw. Granted, the air had funny smells that night, but after this amazing production / performance, Alice Cooper came out and played a second show of their greatest hits. It was a great night! (Suzy Quatro opened)

    Alice was NOT ahead of his time! He was OF the time, he and Arthur Brown. Others came along to imitate them. Don't take away from the creatiivity of the Sixties and early Seventies. Our music was widespread, encompassing many genres. There was no end to the amazing voices and the music. So, I wish people would stop the "ahead of his time" stuff! We had more than one doing theatrical music. It was a mindboggling time for music.
