It is great that she told this part of her story. Getting people to look beyond what they see can change the world in so many ways, not just for the gay community, but for so many others out there that suffer discrimination or get misunderstood. I wish her all the success in the world and I hope she continues to share this message

my whole life i've always thought of coco peru as the angry drag queen from To Wong Foo and Trick. After seeing this I realized I was wrong to have an opinion of someone based on a few movie roles. She is well spoken, classy, and damn brave. This video makes me want to be a better person thanks Ms. Coco
