Candling duck eggs on their 5th day of incubation. You can see the embryos and the blood vessels starting to grow. This is from our 3rd generation of Ducks.

  • I have some mallards that are 4 days old and I only think 6 of them are fertile but like you said it's too soon to tell...one egg has bubbles in it so i think ima remove that one is a day or two but when do you think they should all be showing--veins, fertility--...also what would ou say the probability of the other eggs--that are not showing yet--to be fertile..i did buy them online and they were in the mail for 5 days...when can I tell FOR SURE 100%...thank you! you and xxbeccab00xx are great!
