its that law enforcement officials are being asked to chill free speech. imagine a visit from a local police officer or prosecutor who wants a word with you about your opinions about your president or congressman? tyranny isnt an overnight thing its incremental. Hitler rose to power very gradually & even from his election to the "final solution" it took time. the USA is an idea first and a nation second. The idea is FREEDOM no matter how right or wrong i am. This is a dangerous precedent to set.

elaborate. how is chilling free speech by using prosecutors to "speak" to people who disagree with the president a good thing? How is that in the constitution? If I want to say Obama was born on Krypton and has 15 kids out of wed lock with a white crack addict who was a former prostitute...guess what...its my right. If someone speaks falsely against you there is slander and libel which are established laws on the books. Why does Obama need a "truth squad" made up of law enforcement?

No its not actually. A part of public office or uniform carries certain responsibilities and privileges. Lets take your logic to its logical conclusion. First off this isnt law enforcement saything their own opinions..its them teling YOU AND I what the TRUTH is. So if police and judges can tell me what I have the right to say then where do you draw the line? If I say 911 was an inside job can a police officer come to my house and say that I'm lying...isnt the next step being able to arrest me?
