NYT polls are deliberately biased. Polls that sample democrats at twice the rate of republicans are purposefully biased. They were never meant to report the public mood honestly. They were designed to reach a fore-ordained leftist conclusion.

The overwhelming majority REJECT socialized healthcare. A majority oppose the democrats' plan. And a majority ( given a choice between the democrats' plan and no bill passed this year at all) prefer no bill to be passed by this congress.
