Many thanks, Russ- Knew most of those well who sat in those cabs & I miss'em all real bad. Most are gone now, but I know where to find them on the other side. If it's half as much fun there as it was here, it'll be a great place. We lived in a neighborhood 1700 miles long & 100 yards wide. It was the greatest place on earth.

I have an old book I got for my birthday,,, late 70's,,, has a full page pic of the Black W model thats covered in pinstripes,,, taken from behind,,,, same pic as in here,,, The book is called Big Rigs,,, and has a pic of a red B model mack on the front,,, I'm in Australia.

Hey my mom used to drive for mac and my dad and I both hauled alot of meat for old Jay at coast!

Wow! Glad you enjoyed this piece. My dad drove for Mac from 1971 till 1972. Loved all those lights. I used to call them "Piggy" trucks due to the door logo.
