Love the video and the concept. As others have noted, this can be tricky, especially for anyone who is risk-adverse in their career. I you want a stable paycheck and a 9-5 job, disrupting your career path can be very stressful and, sometimes, result in you self-destructing your own career. For those who are more willing to take chances, taking the risk of changing your career based on new technology, new interests, or new skills can have great rewards!

tricky difference is if the odds are with you or not; there is always an influence of the relative system to which one is linked that could destroy any effort; that said I am positive to try and always have new hopes being realistic and knowing that "systems" don't like disruption hence they'll try to normalize you
