This show is bloody amazing! I love how the producers have without even realising it, created a slash fan base for the show that's even bigger than the cannon fan base!

Why do they keep showing Merlin's eye all the time? And wasn't Merlin an old man? I think BBC's got it a little mixed up.

They are showing how Merlin will become the man he is in the future! in this version is about how the main characters of the famous Legends where when they where young: King Arthur, Merlin, Queen Guinevere, Morgan la fay, Modred, Lancelot. They are showing how they where in the most unexpected way! it is a bit mixed up like you said. But if i have to choose i like this version way better then the old legends!

Hmm, I'll take your word for it. In any case, I do like watching TV Series! Are Morgan le Fay and Merlin enemies like the legend states...most legends at least...?

yes in the orginal version Morgan la fay and Merlin where mortal enemies but in this version there are friends! you can see again that different take!

Arg!!! It would be fine if they were friends and then he betrayed her or she him and THEN they became foes instead of friends....movies & TV Shows always seem to stray from the initial plot of the story or legend. :-( Nonetheless, I think I'll watch it. If nothing more, it's something to do. Hope I can download them as I don't get Cable TV.
