Sorry I know you commented a year ago but I thought i'd answer anyway. The London version of this has a black lead- Jacob the maid, who in my opinion rather steals the show.

what are the chances of a black person having a lead in this show be? cuz i really wanna be in it somewhere but i'd like to have a nice part...i feel the same way about roger in "the producers" i dont know much about this show...but i'm going to find it and watch it over and over.
