im in the US. what type of unit is this. is it a after market car stereo. is tat a dvd and navi unit with rear view camera. please let me know. looks like the lights on the deck matches your car interior lights. please lmk

It's a aftermarket unit from Alpine (D310r) with extra navi unit from Alpine (099p).
The rear view camera comes from Ebay. The Alpine unit has a special input for the camera.
